Part time work hours is da bomb, bitchiz. I got to spend the day doing MovNat basics with the addition of cycling and swimming in the river. I tentatively experimented going totally barefoot up in the fells, practicing MovNat basic drills and carefully jogging for a short distance. A much more involved, organic experience and an enjoyable alternative to my usual wheezing stagger masquerading as a run.
